Chapter 16; teasing

"I'm off boss."

"Alright Zayn, be careful."

Zayn nodded before heading off.

When he arrive at Michael's place Luke was already waiting outside.

"What do you want?" He asked in a stern voice.

"Get out of the way, I need to speak to Clifford."

"He's unavailable right now."

Zayn walked up to him, grabbing him by his collar and pushing him up against the door.

"I said move blond boy, before I break every fucking bone in your body."

He dropped Luke and walked inside. Luke rushed in after him.

"Ah Zayn, long time no see. Your boss ready to talk business?"

"I'm here to deliver a message. Look, we don't want any trouble in the neighboorhood Clifford."

"So you'll give me the area? Smart."

"It's the next town over or nothing man, you know the deal."

"I can't let that slide Zayn."

Zayn walked up closer to Michael. "Did you forget what my boss is capable of? I already got passed your dog, Clifford. Don't make me kill him."

"Zayn, I don't care who you are or who your boss is!" Michael said in a stern voice. "Who I do care about is your boss's little boyfriend."

"We're done with your shit, Clifford. If you don't stop this, bad things will come for you." 

Zayn grabbed Luke's hand. "We're done doing business with you Clifford. You had your chance", he said before breaking Luke's finger and walking off.

Zayn drove back to the pub. When he walked inside he saw Louis sitting in the back, his usual spot.

"He didn't want to negotiate."

"So that means?"

"Yes, it's done."

Louis felt bad it had to come to this again, but he couldn't help the smirk forming on his lips knowing what Zayn had done to Luke. However, his smile soon dropped, thinking about how pissed off Michael probably is right now. He really needs to look after Harry now.

Louis made sure to leave early enough today. He arrived a few minutes later, right on time. When he parked he noticed a familiar car.

Luke was talking with Harry, again. "I should go", he said when he saw Louis arriving. "Don't forget to text me."

Louis got inside the moment Luke said this.

"Hi Lou"

"Hi Hazz, 1 second please."

He walked back outside where he saw Luke already waiting for him.

*I have to keep calm* he thought. Harry would be able to look directly at him.

"Turns out your boyfriend's a real chatter. I gave him my number, hope you don't mind", Luke smirked.

"You better watch your back Luke. I'm not playing around."

"I might ask him out on a date. I'm sure he'll say yes. He already likes me more than he does you."

"Woa, woa, I would take a step back, big boy", Luke said when he saw Louis walking up closer to him. "I'm sure you wouldn't want Harry to see you beating up one of his friends. By the way, your bodyguard already broke one of my fingers", he said while showing Louis his casted hand.
