6 To The Land of Waves

Y/n POV:

"y/n?" I here Hinata say snapping me awake.

"yeah yeah I'm up?" I asked.

"I- don't you have a mission?" Hinata said stuttering a bit.

"I do we're leaving at noon." I told her.

"s- so in one hour?" Hinata asked. my eyes widen.

"WHAT I GOTTA MOVE!" i yell. I scrambled around getting my outfit and such, Hinata knows very well that when i sleep i sleep good. the thing is I usually don't sleep good so why now? i shrugged it off and took a shower.

when i finally got to the gates i noticed sensei (as usual) was late.

"Y/n there you are! Dattebayo" Naruto exclaimed. "for a second i thought you'd be more late then Kakashi-Sensei." He said with a chuckle. I chuckled too just briefly. that's when i noticed Sasuke glaring at Naruto.

"did something happen between you and Sasuke?" I whispered to Naruto.

"not this time. WAIT DID I?!" Naruto started panicking.

"what's that dobe doing now?" Sasuke said with an eye roll.

"Sasuke did you or Naruto do somthing?" I asked trying to figure out why he's panicking.

"no, nothing happend. Why do you care about him so much?" Sasuke asked.

"Becouse he's my best friend, he needs me and I need him." I told him. I was maintaining calm suprisingly well until Sakura said.

"wait why do you need him?" The pinkette asked. 

Sakura didn't reilize the wait there friendship had for both of them memories surged through me of early childhood before Hinata and i even met Naruto. i didn't even realize the lone tear rolling down my cheek. then I felt two arms rap around me.

"It's ok Y/n" Naruto comforted me.

"Thanks Naruto." i say and hug him back. then Kakashi sensei finally showed up.

"oh am I interupting somthing?" Sensei asked Naruto and I Let each other go. emotions couldn't get in the way today the day of our first D rank mission!

we were off on the road pretty fast but then I noticed a puddle 'it hasn't rained in days though.' I thought I got ready I knew a battle was coming. they came out two enemy ninja.

Kakashi-Sensei was 'killed' i knew he'd be fine though. no jonin goes down that quikly

"Byakugan" I exclaimed. And rushed after one Sasuke trailing behind. "Gentle fist!" i called and succesfully hit like 5 chakra points. Sasuke was doing good too, one snuck up to Naruto, Sakura and the bridge bulder with a kunei. Naruto took the hit like a boss!

then Kakashi sensei came back and finished off the enemy shionobi.

"Kakashi sensei your ok!" sakura said relieved.

"yeah i'm fine sorry i couldn't help out sooner Naruto." Sensei said.  i started spacing out but then Naruto stabbed the wound!

"Naruto what the heck?!" i Yelled

"i won't let that poision beat me if i did  i would never become hokage!" Naruto said and suprisingly his wound healed very quickly so we went forward.
