i woke up to the sound of my door creaking open and it was my brother peaking in my room. he silently laughs as i flip him off.

this was his plan and i know it.

germ has a music thing my ass.

he leaves and i try and scoot to get out or scotts arms but he grips them.

"where you goin?" he says as i laugh.

"i gotta pee and put some clothes on. ill be back." i say as closes his eyes and falls back to sleep.

after finding some clothes i walk out to see my phone was on the counter and see i had tons of messages from the girls at the salon.

my heart dropped for a second.

everything was going all good though. they just like to keep me updated.

i look at my brother who was smiling.

"why is scott naked?" he asks as i shake my head.

"we took a shower." i say as he laughs.

"i can go in there and wake him and be loud if you want me too." i say as he fakes throwing up.

"gross." he says as i laugh.

"im going to get coffee. if he wa-." the comes around the door and raises his hand.

"i need coffee." he says as i nod.

"let's go then." i say as chetta gets cozy into the couch and i leave with scott.

"do you care if we go by my salon after. chetta wants me to go back to new orleans to see my mom so im going to leave my keys." i say as he looks at me smiling.

"you sold the other one?" he asks.

"no i still have it, i have one here in tennessee and im planning on buying one in florida." i say as he got so excited.

"look at you. im so proud of you." he says as i smile.

i haven't heard that in so long.

* salon *

"take me on a tour." he says as we get out and i walk in. he was holding my hand.

"hello girls." i say as they light up.

"well who is this?" alyssa asks as i smile.

"this is scott." i say as her eyes go to our hands.

"scott these are all the girls that work on my salon." i say as he waves at them.

i show him all their stations and tell him a little bit about it. i take him upstairs to my office and show him around up here as well.

"this is amazing seriously. i knew you could always do it but like you seriously blew me out of the park with this one." he says as tears fill my eyes.

"you have no idea how hard i worked for this and it's here. but thank you. it means the world coming from you." i say wrapping my arms around his neck.

his arms are on my waist.

he attached his lips to mine. he had a tight grip onto my hips and pulled me real close.

maybe we needed that time apart to really test our love for eachother. because right about now im convinced im in love all over again.

"we better cut it there before i get too excited again cause im halfway there." he says as i laugh.

"yeah cause i don't think i want my office smelling like sex." i say.

"it's not on a bucket list?" he asks as i look at him.
