Okay, I made a mistake about the whole birth control, pregnancy thing. Lindsey could have taken it, but she didn't, so there's no reason for people to start getting upset. And it's a book, plus it's FICTION. Meaning, none of this is real. I'm not sure if some of you are aware of what the word fiction means but I'll gladly define it for you. 'literature in the form of prose, especially short stories and novels, that describes imaginary events and people.' (Google) Some of y'all need to calm down and it only takes one person to point out what I posted was wrong, and I don't mind somebody explaining to me what I said was wrong. I appreciate it actually, but I don't mind people continuously getting in my inbox and posting comments about how wrong I was. I mean, you can only beat a dead horse for so long, right?

So, we'll just say that the family was too scared to even think about what was going on after Luther forced himself on her, so they waited to take the pregnancy test. Gosh. (If I could, I'd insert an eye roll here)

And somebody else asked why are they 23 and in college? You can stay in college for as long as you need, as long as you're paying tuition.

"Look, just go over this stuff in the morning before you go to school and you should be find but don't let that man underestimate you. You're smart T3, you're just lazy," Lindsey explained as she packed up her things.

As soon as we got back from her talking to Mr. Curry, I bought her lunch and we've been up in my room studying ever since. She's been quizzing me on all my past quizzes that I failed since Mr. Curry said this test would be based off of our previous quizzes. I just hope all of this studying pays off in the end and I don't end up forgetting all of this by the time we take the test tomorrow.

"I know, I just, I don't know," I mumbled.

"You're lazy when it comes to school but put your all into football and basketball when it needs to be 50/50. Well, more like 75 for school and 25 for sports. You never know what's going to happen to you T3. You could end up getting your legs chopped off and how are you gonna play sports then? You're gonna have to fall back on your education that you're not putting your all into. Just think about it T3."

I nodded my head. "I am. I'mma call you tomorrow when I see my grade."

"You better and it better be good too."

I smirked. "It's gonna be good. Damn. You never believe in me."

"If I didn't believe in you, I wouldn't be trying to help you right now. I could have let you flunk out of the 11th grade and have to go to summer school. Obviously I care."

"Yeah, yeah," I waved her off. "Enough with the preaching. You about to leave or nah?"

She frowned. "You want me to leave?"

I sighed and looked over at the clock that read 7:45. "Yeah. You know Tee Tee and I get on the phone at 8. You messing up my time Lindsey. You know I gotta talk to her."

She smiled. "Fine. I'll leave, only because you're talking to Tee Tee and you know I like her."

Lindsey hugged me before walking out of my room and probably going down the hallway to talk to Daniel. She always makes sure she talks to him every time she's over here, that's why I think she's his favorite sibling. She always gives him the most attention, buys him the most on holidays and just cares for him like a mother instead of like a sibling. I really didn't know what to say or think when I found out my sister was pregnant when she was 16, but I really didn't know what to say when I saw her getting bigger.

Lindsey's always been kind of small, so it was weird seeing her get huge and stress out about a baby. But it was really surprising when she had him and seeing what came out of my sister. Sometimes I still can't believe it happened to her at such a young age but at least we got another addition to the family. I just wish he wasn't living like this though. I wish he knew whose son he really was instead of walking around clueless.
