Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
Garcia wanted to talk to Hotch and Rossi about joining the family as their other little, it's something she has wanted for a long time and wanted to see what they thought about it. This is also meant that they needed Spencer out of the house, which probably wasn't going to go down well seeing as he's so attached to them both.
"We ready to go to auntie JJ's house?" They had told him that all three of them were going when actually, he was going to be placed in the car and then they were going to tell him that they weren't going with him. They hated the whole idea of it but they couldn't think of any other way to do it but it would hopefully make Spencer realise that he'll be ok with someone else looking after him.
"Yeah" he cheers. Hotch gets him dressed into a light green long sleeve bodysuit/shirt and a pair of grey joggers.

"Alright, let's go find papa"
"Papa" Spencer cheers as he ran into Dave.
"Well hello my little Stella (star)" he picks him up.
"We ready to have some fun with everyone?" He asks him.
"Uh huh" a car soon pulls up and then there was a knock.
"Hey Garcia" Hotch welcomes her in.
"Hello, where's my little snuggle bunny?" She says as she seeked off to find Spencer.
"Cia" he smiles at her.
"Hi little one" she coos before taking him into her arms. Garcia offers to put Spencer's shoes on for them once they hear another car pull in.
