Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
"Ok, buddy, I really need you to sit still" Rossi chuckles. Spencer was very excited to say the least that he got to be himself when they go out but at the minute, Rossi was struggling to get him dressed.
"Sowwy papa, 'cited" Spencer giggles.
"I know you are but I just need to get you dressed and then you can be all wriggly" he soon manages to get him dressed into some jeans, a striped vest top with a dinosaur in a car (tucked into his jeans) and of course a red Spider-Man t shirt.

"Right, off you go" he soon runs out of the room.
"Woah, hey no running in the house please" Hotch tells him off once he caught him coming out of the room.
"Cited dada" Spencer looks up at him.
"I know buddy but no running please" Hotch runs a hand through his hair.
"Hey, I uh put the pushchair in the car" Hotch pops his head into Spencer's room to let Rossi know.
"Ok, not sure how that's going to go but it's worth a try" Rossi says as he cleans the room a little bit before following Hotch out of the bedroom.
"Spencer, let's get shoes on please" Hotch calls out to him once they got some stuff together and gathered by the door. Hotch puts Spencer's shoes and jacket on before opening the front door.
