Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
Over the last few days and nights, Spencer hadn't been very settled. He was whiney and fussy and to make matters worse is that it seemed like he was weaning himself off his dummies and bottles. It's like he wanted them but then he didn't. Garcia had also woken up grumpy that morning.
"Wow, this is gonna be a tough day today, I can see it" Hotch sighs as Garcia complained about the colour of her bowl.
"I know, I think we need to work out why he's struggling to take his dummy and bottle at the minute" Rossi agrees as he held Spencer on his hip.
"Right and I need to get Miss Grumpy a different coloured bowl" Hotch speaks to Rossi before playfully talking to Garcia.
"I'm just gonna go get him dressed, want me to bring some clothes down for Garcia?" Rossi asks.
"Please" Hotch says. Rossi takes Spencer up and into his room before grabbing some clothes for him. He lies Spencer on his changing table before changing his nappy and getting him dressed into a long sleeve turquoise bodysuit/t shirt that had a detachable dribble bib and a pair of turquoise star print leggings.

"Let's go grab some clothes for Garcia" he carries Spencer on his hip as Spencer was being a bit clingy lately, they weren't sure if it was because he's been fussy recently. Rossi grabs some clothes for Garcia and by the time he had gotten Spencer dressed and her clothes, she had finished with breakfast.
"Ok go to papa please" Hotch tells her.
"Nooo" Spencer whines as he clung onto Rossi.
"Buddy, I just need to get her dressed and then I can hold you again"
"Papa" Spencer cries as he was placed on the sofa.
"Oh dear" Rossi managed to get Garcia dressed into a pair of dark pink heart joggers, a long sleeve light pink bunny t shirt and a dark pink floral jumper.
