Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
It had been just over a week and Spencer had been getting used to all the baby/toddler stuff. He wasn't quite into the clothing though so they kept it simple. The three of them had also gotten into a routine to help them out a little bit with their day to day life.
"Hey buddy, we ready to meet everyone?" Hotch asks Spencer.
"Mmm 'cared" he mumbles.
"That's ok they're gonna love you I promise, but first we need to get dressed" he smiles as he tickles Spencer's belly, making the boy giggle. They had talked to Spencer about meeting the team as a little, he was ok with it but the nerves were still getting at him. Hotch changes Spencer's nappy before putting him into some grey joggers, a light blue vest (tucked into the joggers) and a light blue t shirt.

"Papa" Spencer cheers once he saw Rossi.
"Hey kiddo, you excited?" He immediately hides in Hotch's legs as soon as that question was asked. Hotch gave him a look and he knew what that meant.
"It's ok to be nervous, in fact even I'm a little bit nervous" Rossi ducks down to his height.
"Papa 'cared 'oo?"
"Yeah I am" he smiles at him. Spencer goes and hugs Rossi and squeezes him a little when the doorbell rings.
"It's alright, it's just our friends, we ready to go see them?" He rubs Spencer's back as he feels him shake his head 'no'.
