"guys! wake up!" nick yelled while turning the lights on and off.

"huh?" i shook awake.

"what time is it?" larry asked.

"5 AM, we need to start packing!"

larry immediately got up meanwhile i sat there confused.

"what do you mean?" i asked.

"don't you remember? we're going to japan!"

my eyes widened. i shot up and went picking around my wardrobe. i grabbed a couple outfits that i liked, leaving just enough space for if i come back with some new clothes. i realized that out of all the outfits i had, i didn't have a hoodie. i ran over to larry's room, in which he was doing the same exact thing as me.

"hey larry, you have any spare hoodies?" i questioned.

not saying anything, he threw me a black hoodie. he smiled at me, before continuing packing. i ran back to my room and put it in the suitcase. i continued folding my clothes when suddenly, yumi knocked on my door.

"goodmorning [name]." yumi yawned.

"hey yumi."

"what're you doing up so early?"

"i'm packing."

"ohh, right. i got it all done yesterday. that's why larry and i went clothes shopping. it seems like he didn't pack aswell."

"yeah, i guess not."

there was some exchanged silence.

"i'm expecting you and larry to sit together, right?" he asked.

"whatever the seating arrangment is."

he paused for a bit.

"you and larry are closer than i realized. are you sure there's nothing between you two?"

"uh.." i hesitated.

'i don't know, maybe this is a good thing to tell him. it's been a couple weeks anyways.'

"not really. we're in a relationship right now." i flat-out said.

yumi's tired, resting face turned into a shocked face.

"really?" he asked.

"yeah, just don't tell the others yet." i said.

"am i the only one that knows?"

"no, nick knows."

"well of course nick knows, he knows everything about us."

we laughed a bit.

"i think i'm all packed." i said.

i zipped up my suitcase and turned around to face yumi. he was leaning against my door frame.

"eugh." i said.

"what?" he questioned.

"you're probably getting cooties all over my door. now everytime i walk in, i'm gonna get reminded of you."

"isn't that good?"

"the cooties part?"

"obviously. no shit head, i'm talking about the part where you said you'll remember me everytime you walk in."

"ugh, no. that's weird." i shook.

he smacked me on the back of the head before laughing.
