Hey, gang!
Not much to say here today, though I will say that the reason I didn't upload yesterday was due to me being a lazy fuck.
So, yeah.. Sorry.
Anyways, just enjoy this shit.
I also noticed we hit 1.2k reads.
Which is nice.
I'm growing faster then I did on my old account.
With this update I should blast straight into either 1.4 or 1.5
I bet I'll have over 2.5k reads by the end of the month.
Anyways, EN-FUCKING-JOY!

Y/N P.O.V

I was 18 when I decided to go to the army.

It was my only choice, I had nothing left to care for.

Death was just a means to an end.

And when I told my family and friends.

Believe it, they were devastated.

In the military, your main job is protecting the city you're stationed at, and when the angels came to kill.

It's your job to fight until the end.

The training was short of nothing but literal hell.

We were tortured, figuratively and literally.

Our bodies had to be used to the feeling of pain, and the idea of being killed.

We were taught that death was just an excuse to not being a fighter.

And in hell, not being a fighter means your no better than the imps that steal and run.

We were taught how to survive on nothing.

Starved for weeks and only given bread and water when we were allowed.

We were taught how to hunt.

Both people, and animals.

We learned how to prioritize.

We were forced to fight each other like animals.

Training meant battling to the death.

Any that lost, were thrown aside, casted away like nothing.

You had to be strong.

You had to have a powerful mind.

An unimaginable sense of will.

That's how we were made.

To become machines of destruction.

Incapable of feeling any sorrow or pain.

Because, that's what it meant to be a fighter.

A loud horn ringed across the entire camp, to be honest, I was half asleep. I was like that all night, because if I slept, I'd have nightmares.. Terrible ones. I opened my eyes, the sickening smell of moss air and the loud horn ringing across the room. As I did, I heard loud shuffling. I looked over, seeing my companion Adam rising slowly, the blanket falling off his head.
