" Okay class so today we'll be practicing the dancing feet spell , I hope all of you have done your homework and read about the spell and come " said Professor Flitwick
An echo of " yes " could be heard across the room
" Alright so repeat after me ta - RON - ta - LEG - gra " said Professor Flitwick
" ta - RON - ta - LEG - gra " could be heard echoing across the hall
" Very good , very good now please practice the spell on the stool that has been kept in front of you " said Professor Flitwick
It wasn't a surprise when Lily was the first to perform the spell correctly, 5 points were awarded to Gryffindor
All the Gryffindor's were giving her a look of awe , James stared at her lovingly and Alice and Faye gave her thumbs up.
I took a deep breath and pictured the stool dancing in my head and performed the spell , next thing I know, the stools legs started to jerk around uncontrollably
" How are you and Lily so good at charms ? " asked Alice
" Allie your brilliant at charms too , you should just have more confidence in yourself, try again and picture the stool dancing clearly in your mind , with confidence " I said and patted her back
She nodded and took a deep breathe , and said "Tarantallegra ", next thing we know her stool started dancing "
" 10 points to Gryffindor " squeaked Mr.Flitwick's voice, making us jump

" Miss Potter can you stay back for a moment please " said Professor kings after a class one day
" I'll see you later " I said to Alice , she nodded and went out
" Miss Potter , I've thought a lot about this and I've decided I'll teach you the patronus charm " said Professor Kings
I beamed at this
" I'll be taking a class every Saturday , starting next month " she said
I jumped in excitement and hugged her , she was surprised
" Thank you Professor Kings you're the best " I said

Next morning as Alice and I were sitting at the Gryffindor table having breakfast, the owls flew in , Hedwig dropped me a copy of the daily prophet.
I petted her head and said " Thanks girl " and gave her some bacon , she nipped my ear affectionately and flew away.
As I was going through the paper , a headline caught my eye
" MUGGLE FAMILY ATTACKED , NO SURVIVORS "
The prophet showed a picture of the muggle family and below it a picture of a glittering green skull with a snake protruding out of its mouth
I realised who was behind this attack
" Oh my god , who could do such a vile act ! " said Alice , with tears in her eyes , Alice is such a kind and thoughtful girl , just like Neville
I hugged her and said " You have no Idea ! "
Now the game has begun !
