Third Person POV :
" Nobody is around right ? " Faye whispered to Alice
" No , not a soul " Alice whispered back
" Perfect " Faye said
The two girls quietly made their way to the quidditch supply store and as Alice was gonna open the broom closet , they didn't notice a figure coming behind them
" Hey girls ! " said a cheerful voice
The duo immediately jumped and turned around , " Oh my god Marls , you scared the hell out of us anyways what are you doing here ? " said Faye
" I should be asking you the same question, I saw you two sneaking in here and I thought why not follow you guys ? " said Marlene
" Well actually we were actually breaking into the broom closet " said Alice
" We wanted to see wether the ceiling in the great hall is really a ceiling or is it something else " continued Faye with Alice nodding along
Marlene hit both the girls upside down on their heads " Ouch ! what was that for ? " asked Alice rubbing her head
" Have you gone bonkers ? why didn't you two include me in your plan ?" shouted Marlene
" Shhh ! well now that you know , do you want in ? " asked Faye
" Duh, of course I"m in " said Marlene
" Alright , come along " said Alice
Alice quietly opened the closet and the three girls grabbed the brooms for themselves and quickly ran down the hall
" Okay , are you both ready ? " asked Faye excitedly mounting her broom
The two girls nodded doing the same
" Alright 1, 2 , 3 and Go ! " yelled Faye and the three flew towards the ceiling
Just as they made contact with the ceiling , they ended up hitting their heads and fell down as a heap on the floor
Hearing the commotion Professor Vector immediately ran to the great hall
She gave them three an earful after making sure they were alright and five points were taken from Gryffindor
" As the three girls made their way to the Gryffindor common room Marlene said " Well that was interesting "
" You're right ! " said Faye as they entered the common room
As the girls were sitting down and completing their homework Faye asked " Hey ! If it's okay with you? Only if it's okay with you ! shall we invite Marls to be our pranking buddy ? " asked Faye
" Oh my god Fee , I was gonna ask you the same thing ! of course she can " she said
Making Faye giggle
" What are you two laughing about ? " asked Lily
" Ooooh ! uh ! " spluttered the two
" Nothing absolutely nothing " said Faye , making Lily narrow her eyes at them
" Anyways , have any of you seen Potter and Black ? I need to talk to them " said Lily
" No , we haven't seen them since dinner " said Alice
" Did those two do something again ? " asked Faye
" Yes , while Sev and I were walking to the charms classroom Potter and his friends hexed Sev's nose into growing two times it's actual size , since then the poor boy hasn't come out of his dorm " said Lily furiously
Faye and Alice looked at each other
Right then the dorm room opened and the marauders as the foursome liked to call themselves entered
Lily walked upto James and said " Potter ! can I talk to you for a second ? " asked Lily
" Of course darling " replied James with a smirk
Lily just rolled her eyes and the two went to a corner
Sirius started looking around the common room , searching for a certain red headed beauty
" Oh god ! Hey Allie ! you know I just realised that I forgot my necklace in the transfiguration courtyard , let's go and get it before the curfew starts " said Faye
Alice raised her eyebrows and said " You're trying to hide from Sirius aren't you? "
Faye just sighed and said " Is it that obvious ? "
" Uh huh ! you know you're the only girl in the our entire year, who hasn't fallen for Sirius yet " said Alice
Then only Sirius's eyes fell on Faye , and he smiled and waved at her , making his way to her and sitting behind her , wrapping an arm around her shoulder " Hey sweetheart "
Faye huffed and said " Sirius for the 8th time , I'm not your sweetheart "
"I know but this nickname suits you " he said pulling her cheeks , making Faye roll her eyes fondly
Alice was giggling

Soon the months rolled by and December came in ....
One evening Faye was walking down the hallway thinking about her pet owl Hedwig , she was her first friend , her first buddy , and she knew no other owl could ever take her spot . So , while walking , she didn't even notice, and she found herself standing in front of the owlery, taking a deep breath , she opened the door and to her great shock and surprise their sat Hedwig , in her full glory .
Hedwig immediately looked up and hooted loudly and flew towards Faye
" Hey girl " Faye whispered with tears I her eyes
" I missed you " she said stroking her feathers , Hedwig nipped her ears affectionately
Faye was so happy to have her friend back
