When criticized, remember that they're judging you based on their opinions, but it is entirely up to you what you make of it. If they're valid, you should make an effort to improve. If these are incorrect, you shouldn't be troubled.
You look both ways before crossing the street to avoid being hit by a vehicle. Why don't you put the same effort into guarding your mind against false impressions, despite them being even more important? Instead, you let anyone who attempts to put you off-track toss you around as they please.
People may ridicule, condemn, or disregard you. They may try to upset you, spread lies about you, and do everything they can to ensure you are not welcomed or accepted. They may try to humiliate you in every way they can. But no matter what they do or say, remember: you will always keep your value.
Reflect: Do false charges made by others bother you? Can't you just let them be and focus on yourself? Do you give your impressions enough thought?
