Evaluating Self-Worth

Character determines whether or not a person is a good person. Your physical appearance, wealth, possessions, and how people treat you have no bearing on your character. It's your responsibility to care for your work, belongings, and people as long as you have the power to do so, but don't allow them to create any inner unrest. Consider who you want to be and what personal attributes you like in others while evaluating yourself, then compare how closely it reflects who you are now.

Allow others to perceive themselves better than yourself, even if their perceptions appear to be incorrect to you. You are free to have your beliefs, as they are free to have theirs.

Reflect: Are you a good person? What led you to that conclusion? Should you only do activities that assist you in improving as a person?
