Rusty rose: as for me, Im literally a robot for EggMan. EggMan is evil, so he didn't program me to have friends except for the Chaos Council.
Nine: 'Rain' probably has artificial intelligence, which means she can think what she wants and make her own decisions. And sure, I guess we can be friends.
