94.) shadow-killer

Where I'm headed, no-one can follow.
I must walk this path alone, for life is a lonely thing.
I will find the hole beside the sea, so hollow.
Where the humming songbirds used to sing.

Who are you, oh wandering thing?
You've no name, no earthly ring.
Where are your parents, what did you bring?
Why does there lay a gold feather on your angel wing?

Want do you want from me?
You weren't ever here before.
Why do you say you know me?
You seem to be lost at your core.
You liar, you aren't a part of me.
Oh, please, your lies do bore.
If you keep spewing blasphemy,
then be my guest and let yourself out the door.

I am a child of the light,
and you are dark and blind.
You have wings but don't engage in flight,
it doesn't take a seer to find
that you aren't of the white.
No, you are of the night,
malevolent, twisted, unkind.

Please, if you will listen to any of my words,
keep your distance, stay away from me.
I do not approve of the many broken worlds
from your mind for instance, the one filled with misery.

I will kill you,
for I am the light and you are the shadow.
Maybe I do know you,
but I know what you want, my soul, aglow.

Well, did they not tell you who I am?
I am luminosity, luminous light!
Now you must flee, you must scram,
for I will banish you from sight!

I know everyone carries darkness,
but they can always see the sun and choose the light.
I know that sometimes we live without a harness,
but that doesn't mean that after being broken, we don't still have might.

I will shine like a star,
while you will stay banished, afar.
I don't need to know who you are.
All I need is for you to stay far.

Because I am a shadow killer,
bringer of white light.
A strong and mighty pillar,
I always put up a fight.
