That very same night, Aurora proposed to me. In front of my family and hers, it is easily one of the most memorable events in my life.

I sat in front of Aurora as we fly back to Palawan to settle my affairs before going back to Manila since mag sasama na kami sa iisang bahay. I played with the rings on my finger, admiring how they look exquisite.

"They look perfect on you, love"

I turned to check the owner of that beautiful voice. I saw her looking down at me with an admiring smile in her face

"What's gonna happen now?" I asked

She kissed my temple before speaking

"We will publicly announce our engagement so that people will address you the way they need to do so. Then we will plan the wedding." she responded

I nodded

"I am not in a rush, you know. If you wanted to have the wedding on a much later date, then we can do that. I know that you still need to time to adjust being an engaged woman. We'll take baby steps, okay?" she added

I smiled widely at her offer. I know to myself that I wanted to marry her and spend my life with her, but it's just that, everything is happening a little bit too fast and my mind needs to cope. And knowing that she's so considerate of my feelings, makes me fall more for her.

"Thank you" I shot her a smile

"Anything for you, darling" she whispered before stealing a kiss from me. She pulled away with a mischievous grin

"Can I re-apply as your secretary?" I curiously asked

I still want to work

"I never fired you. Besides, you made a deal with me, remember?"

I brows scrunched in confusion as to what deal she's referring to

"That you'll let me take you against the glass wall in our office" she stated

Lord, kala ko nakalimutan na nya.

"Fine" sagot ko para hindi na humaba pa ang usapan

Pag dating namin sa Palawan, I immediately went to Kylie to tell her about the engagement and to settle my resignationwith her. She's kind enough to let me go that very day, Aurora invited her to our wedding and I told her that I wanted her to be my maid of honor to which she excitedly and happily agreed

Soon enough, we made it back to Manila. The moment I stepped out of the aircraft, it made me feel a little uncomfortable as I left this place for quite some time and horrible memories occurred here.
