[At the Office]
"Sirius"
Kate walks upto him, who has drinking green tea at the balcony.
"I can see that you are avoiding me"
Kate sighs.
"Did I do something wrong?"
"No. Of course not. How can my brother's girlfriend do something wrong?"
Sirius looks away.
"Sirius!"
Kate raises her voice.
"Stop saying things like that. I want to make it crystal clear, I'm not your brother's girlfriend. I was!"
Sirius silently sips his tea.
"My bad. It's my bad that you can't get a hint of anything."
"What kind of hint?"
Kate looks at Sirius.
Sirius shakes his head side-to-side,
"Nothing"
And leaves.
Kate feels confused and guilty for some reason.

[After the office hours]
Sirius gets on his car and drives off.
While driving, a lot of things goes on his head.
How can Kate be so empty? Can she understand nothing? Or she is ignoring him because she still has feelings for Aiden?
Suddenly a big flash of light falls on him. Sirius takes a sudden turn and his car crashes into a tree.
[After some time]
Sirius wakes up on a hospital bed.
"Are you okay?"
A sweet but concerned voice asks him.
Sirius opens his eyes to see a beautiful girl sitting by his side, wearing a doctor's uniform.
"I feel a little pain on my hand"
"You will for atleast a month. Good thing you made a right turn. Your crash could have been proved fatal but it didn't. I would advise you to not do anything strenuous with your left hand for a month."
Sirius tries to sit when the girl hold her back.
"No! Lie down. You will strain your body muscles that way. Take rest, that's the only way for you to recover. You will be discharged in a week if you recover quickly."
The girl smiles.
"Who admit me?"
Sirius asks.
"Me"
The girl answers.
"You? How?"
"I was passing by the road when I saw a small crowd of people gathering at a place. I made my way through and saw you injured. What made me angry was, almost over 40 people were gathered there but none contacted the hospital or the police. What a humanity! I took you to our hospital and treated you."
"So may I have the chance to know my saviour's name?"
The girl smiles and says,
"Elena. Elena Lynn"

[At Kate's Home]
Kate returns home to see Mark sleeping on the couch.
She sees around and the room looks much cleaner than before.
"This guy cleaned the room while I way away!",
Kate giggles.
She bought food from outside.
After serving it on the plate she goes to call Mark, who was huddling close.
She calls Mark for dinner and at the same moment realises, he is having high fever.
His body is burning.
Kate quickly brings out a blanket and covers Mark with it.
She checks his temperature, and it has crossed 102°C.
She wets a towel with water, folds it and keeps it on Mark's forehead.
After sometime, she falls asleep by Mark's side.

[The next morning]
Mark opens his eyes, having his fever down.
He sees Kate lying by his side.
Mark was about to get up but doesn't after seeing Kate. He lays down as he was, or else, he can wake Kate up.
He remembers that Kate woke up till late last night because of him.
When Mark was immersed in his thoughts, Kate woke up.
Mark quickly closed his eyes seeing this.
Kate checks on his temperature to see that it has become much normal.
She gets up and makes a hot soup for Mark.
Mark slowly gets up and walks towards Kate.
While Kate was preparing the soup, Mark hugs her from behind.
Kate almost jumps up.
"Mark!"
