   Lucy's  POV:

I  saw Morgan in the tree.

I could not believe him.

How dare he follow me up here?

I glared at him.

I found out it was not as bad as it seemed.

It turns out my ex-boyfriend Frank was here.

He had climbed up here to avoid speaking to him.

I  smirked at him.

The way his dimples curled up like that was so adorable.

I leaned over and kissed his cheek.

   I saw him blush.

 Hmm, what was I thinking?

I just kissed Morgan. As the same boy, I could not stand.

He had asked if I hated him. To be honest, I do not think I ever did.

At one point, I might have despised him for the past.

Now, I saw him in a different light.

Oh, dear, I was in trouble.

I think I might have a crush on him.

Shh, do not tell him I said a word about this.

If you do, I will deny it.

It was a good thing, he could not read my thoughts.

  I saw Frank and Nicole.

I  was glad they had not seen me.

I did not need anyone to get the wrong idea.

I mean it, here I was inside a tree, wearing a dress.  In a tree with Morgan Bryant of all people.

I might as well enjoy the strawberry festival.

the story continues in Chapter 8
