"Hey guys, there's something going down there the loop." Otis walked in and turned on the tv

"we are looking at a lot of law-enforcement on the Western edge of the loop right now. In response to reports of at least 4 abandoned vans parked around the willis Tower that the police are calling suspicious. There's a massive evacuation effort underway as the bomb squad begins its work on those vehicles which we can only assume means that the police suspect those vans are loaded with some sort of explosive agents" the woman finished speaking and the man beside her started

"and both CPD and the fire department have sent a massive amount of manpower to the area to help with the evacuation of over 10,000 workers and tourists Who are in the tower"

"My god"

Station 51 box alarm 2050 Kinzie Avenue

Jimmie: "Wait that's not Willis tower?"

"got a whole city to serve, let's move it candidate"

-

We all stood inside the building noticing no smoke

"Casey report"

"chief still no sign of smoke in the building. Checking to see if it was a faulty sensor"

Casey had split up from us so he could go check the situation so we we was just still checking for civilians

"Chief there is a security guard here going to see if I can get an occupancy count" Hermann said through the radio
"says there's about 15 people in the building"

"let's go ahead and start moving those people towards the exit" we continued our sweep and sent people out of the building

Bang bang

We all looked around hearing gunshots and panicking

It became clear that moment that whatever was happening downtown was just a diversion so all the AMO would be over there and it would be harder for anyone to stop whoever is trying to shoot up the building

"May Day May Day we have an active shooter. need rescue!" People started running and more shooting was heard

The shooting was becoming more and more loud with the screaming and we all tried to take cover

We stood around in the room as we waited for something to happen. Trying to keep the civilians in with us safe too

"Anyone else smell smoke?" Mouch asked and we all looked to him to see a vent letting out smoke and Casey went over

"They disabled the sprinklers to start a fire. We gotta move"

"The man said sit tight. Those shooters are still out there" one of the civilians said

"We'll stand a better chance against them than we will against a fire. Okay everyone listen up. I know everyone is scared. That's okay. But I promise you will not be alone. We will surround you every single step of the way and we'll survive together" Casey said to the civilians

Casey opened the door and at this point the room was full of smoke, we all exited the room quietly and crouched down and started walking

Once we got out of the room we waited for Casey to see if there was any heat signature before moving again

We were still walking down, hearing gunshots above us and we stopped as Casey put a finger to his lips. I looked on his meter as the guy with a gun stood there facing us but unable to see through the fog before he walked off again.
