3rd Person POV
ronnie woke up the next day and she ran to the schedule as she noticed that she should be with caitlyn and teaching them.
"you're early" caitlyn said as ronnie walked in and put her stuff down
"really?" she asked and caitlyn nodded as people started to fill the room and they started to practice
"okay so swing, up , out, down" ronnie said as she watched them in the mirror and she smiled with caitlyn
"yes! exactly, you guys got it" she said and they all smiled before they continued to go through the routine
"hey ronnie?" caitlyn asked and she turned away from the camper and to caitlyn
"yeah?" she asked
"so what if we move this move after this one, would it look better?" caitlyn questioned as they looked at the paper of moves and the format and where they had to go
"we can try, it might look better" she said and caitlyn nodded as she tuned back to the campers
"alright guys we're gonna try something new so just follow along and see if you can get the moves, ready?" she asked and they all nodded as she turned to caitlyn and nodded
she pressed the boom box before she walked over and they started to practice the door. 2 hours later, there was knock on the door and ronnie wiped the sweat off of her forehead as she paused the music for the 7th time in that hour
"take a break, i'm going to see who this is" she spoke and she walked to the door and opened it
"nate?" she asked and she noticed the guitar hanging off of his shoulder
"i have to show you something , come on" he said and he wrapped his hand around her wrist as he pulled her out of the room
"RONNIE!" caitlyn called and she turned her head back to her as she threw up her other hand and shrugged
"I'm sorry" she called back before she turned to nate and let him continue pulling her
"nate i have a class to teach, i can't just wonder off" she tried and he shook his head as he led her to the dock and turned to her
"it'll only take a minute" he stated and she sighed
"nate..."
"i'm sorry about yesterday, i do trust you. you are one of the most trustworthy people i have ever met. i don't know why i said what i said yesterday and it was stupid but i finished the song and i just have to show you" he ranted
"you can open up to me now?" she asked and he sighed as he shook his head solemnly
"that was a stupid thing to say but please just listen to the song and once i'm done, you can decide if you hate me or not" he said and he handed her the paper
"only a few minutes?" she questioned and he laughed
"only a few" he agreed and she opened the paper as she looked at him and she jumped up on the railing of the dock as she looked at him
"go on" she said and he smiled as he started to strum his guitar and she smiled as she looked into his eyes and then down at the paper
"I'm good at wasting time I think lyrics need to rhyme And you're not asking But I'm tryna grow a mustache" he said and she giggled at his face
I eat cheese But only on pizza, please And sometimes on a homemade quesadilla Otherwise it smells like feet to me And I, I really like it When the moon looks like a toenail And I love it when you say my name" he said and she smiled
"If you wanna know, here it goes, gonna tell you this A part of me that shows If we're close gonna let you see Everything But remember that you asked for it I'm tryna do my best to impress But it's easier to let you Take a guess at the rest But you wanna hear the things in my brain My heart Well you asked for it For your perusing At times confusing Slightly amusing Introducing me Do-do do-do-do-do-do Do-do do-do-do-do-do La-da-da-da la-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da" he sang the chorus before he sped up the song and she watched with a smile on her face as it grew wildly
"I never trust a dog to watch my food And I like to use the word "dude" As a noun or an adverb or an adjective And I, I've never been into cars I like really cool guitars and superheros And checks with lots of zeros on them I love the sound of violins and making someone Smi-i-i-ile" he sang and he leaned in as he kissed her cheek and she blushed wildly
"If you wanna know, here it goes, gonna tell you this A part of me that shows If we're close gonna let you see Everything But remember that you asked for it I'm tryin' to do my best to impress But it's easier to let you Take a guess at the rest But you wanna hear the things in my brain My heart Well you asked for it For your perusing At times confusing Possibly amusing Introducing me" he refrained and she nodded softly
"Well, you probably know more than you ever wanted to So be careful when you ask next ti-i-i-ime" he spoke and she shook her head at his words
"So, if you wanna know, here it goes, gonna tell you this A part of me that shows If we're close gonna let you see Everything But remember that you asked for it I'm tryna do my best to impress But its easier to let you Take a guess at the rest But you wanna hear the things in my brain My heart Well you asked for it For your perusing At times confusing Hopefully amusing Introducing me Do-do do-do-do-do-do Do-do do-do-do-do-do Introducing me" he ended and he put the guitar behind his back as she hopped off the railing
"so?" he asked and she smiled
"thank you" she said and she leaned in as she kissed the corner of his mouth and he blushed
" i have to go" she said and she turned as she ran off and nate watched with a smile on his face
she knew more but she was happy about it
