Chapter 9

Jax POV

*2 weeks later *

Me and Rachael have been spending a lot of time together and a lot of time as a family with Scarlett.

Scarlett accepted that I was her father really quick. It was really great. I love hearing her call me dad. It makes me the happiest man alive.

And even Rachael and I are acting like a couple again. She smiles and laughs, even let's me hold her hand. But she won't let me kiss her, not since the night of the carnival.

Rachael's POV

I feel bad. I'm leaving in two days, back to London. I haven't told Jax. I honestly don't know how. But I know i have too.

I'm meeting up with Jax later, I guess I'll have to tell him then.

"Gemma can you help get scars things together? "
"Sure Rachael. "
"Thanks Gemma. "

I sat wringing my hands in the booth with Jax.

"Alright darlin what's wrong?" Jax finally asked.
"Nothing. " I lied.
"Don't try and lie to me Rachael I know you too well."

I sighed here it come.

"I'm leaving. "
"Excuse me "
"I'm leaving .... going back to London. "
"So your going to leave scar with me." He stated.
"No Jax she's comin with me. "
"The hell she is!! She's my daughter she stays with me!!"
"You have only known her for 3 weeks Jackson!!" I yelled.
"And that's your fault!" He yelled back.
"No it's yours!!"

After that was said he stormed out of the diner and road off on his bike. And since he was my ride here I'll have to walk back to Gemma's.

It was a peaceful walk through charming until I got a call.

"Rachael! It's Scarlett! Jax took her!!" Came Gemma's frantic voice over the phone.

I shoved me phone in my pocket and ran.
