Trap !

Rohit was going to the meeting when he met Jaddu in the hallway. Jaddu took him to an empty room.

'Kya hua ? Mai late ho raha hu!'
Rohit said seeing him.

'Meri baat dhyan se sun .. selectors ke sath meeting hai .. act normal or whatever u do in that meeting .. but u have to do something so that Aditya gets out of control and says something and do something.. this is the only way when we can get his recording or something'
Jaddu explained him seriously

'Aur tere alawa yeh koi nahi kar sakte so .. u are the only hope .. document toh sab hai .. just ek recording chahiye Hume'
Jaddu said making him understand why it was extremely necessary to do it.

'Thik hai I will try my best to do something'
Rohit Said and left for the meeting.

In Virat's room -

Virat got freshen up a little. He still was feeling a bit exhausted and his body was warm yet.

Mahi was making sure he takes his meals and medicines properly.

'Bhai Kya baat hai ? U are really silent ..'
Virat asked noticing Mahi not speaking too much.

'Nothing Cheeku .. don't worry'
Mahi said helping him to sit and eat his medicines.

'Bhai batao na what's wrong .. Maine kuch kiya kya'
Virat asked again not able to take the silent treatment of Bhai.

'I just got so scared u know seeing u like that .. 2 days .. it were the horrible two days of my life .. I am so glad u are awake and talking to me'
Said Mahi emotionally.

'I can understand Bhai .. but see I am okay now.'
Virat said smilingly to Mahi to cheer up his mood.

'Never ever scare me like that Cheeku'
Mahi said side hugging him.

'I will try not to Bhai'
Virat said hugging him back.

Rohit sat in the meeting while Aditya was on the call because he could not move from his room due to injured feet.

'So I think this combination will be the best for the upcoming series'
Aditya said.

'I want some changes in this'
Rohit said knowing what will make Aditya angrier

'No this is good .. why do u want any changes Rohit'
Said Aditya

'It's fine we can take the changes'
Said another selector supporting Rohit.

Selectors agreed whatever Rohit suggested and left the room. Rohit was still in the room and Aditya was on voice call.

'Are u okay with the changes ? Even if u are not then I don't mind'
Rohit said sarcastically

'You .. do u think u are smarter than me ? I will make u agree to my decisions.. just wait.'
Aditya said fuming in anger

'Ohh u can do nothing .. I am not scared of you'
Said Rohit trying to instigate him

'You have no idea what I can do'
Aditya said evilly

'Actually I don't care'
Rohit said trying to get him to talk

'Ohh u will care .. I will make sure everything happens according to me'
Aditya said.

'That will never be possible till I am the captain'
Rohit said

'U do really have lot of pride in you right .. being the captain now... I can take it down in a sec .. just how I did it with Virat .. wait and watch'
Aditya said and hanged up the call.

Rohit left the room and went to Virat's to see him awake and also fresh. He was talking to Mahi bhai .. smiling a bit.

'Bhai yeh Ro toh Abhi tak nahi aya Kaha Gaya hai'
Virat said for the nth time now.

'Cheeku it's the nth time u telling this .. I told u he will come in sometime'
Mahi said

'Is someone missing me ?'
Rohit said and sat beside Virat

'In your dreams'
Virat said not admitting how happy he was to see him here.

'How are u feeling now?'
Asked Rohit touching his forehead

'I am okay ..'
said Virat

Jaddu came in the room and Rohit got up and went outside with him. Virat notices it but didn't say anything.. just felt a bit bad that Rohit was too busy to spent time with him.

Mahi notices the look on his face.

'He is just helping with some stuff for Jaddu'
Said Mahi

'Hmm ok'
Said Virat

Mahi received a call and he too left.

No one came for 2 hours. Virat was left all alone. As he was not in good state .. still recovering .. he felt too alone now.

Virat was just sitting and thinking about how his life has taken a 360 turn where he can never go back.
How he feels so detached every second when Mahi bhai and Ro are not there with him.

But Ofcourse how can be there with him everyday .. they are not banned .. they have work to attend to.
He just slept off thinking all that.

At night when Mahi and Rohit came into his room. They found him sleeping.

'Bhai we have to wake him up .. he hasn't eaten anything'
Rohit said seeing Virat asleep.

Mahi went and softly woke him up.
'Cheeku .. get up .. have something'

Virat woke up hearing that voice. He sat on the bed .. he felt so tired still and now more emotionally disturbed he felt.

'Vi tujhe dinner karna hai .. tablets leni hai na'
Rohit Said softly and Virat just nodded.

Virat was just clouded on his own thoughts.. not listening to what anyone was saying. It felt that no one could reach him.

'Cheeku' Mahi shook him seeing him lost. Virat looked at him.

'Kaha khoya hai bacha .. have ur food'
Mahi said forwarding him a bite.

'Kya baat hai Vi.. Are u upset with us?'
Rohit asked him seeing him silent

'Nahi aise koi baat nahi hai'
Virat said not wanting to trouble them with his thoughts

They had dinner and after sometime Virat just lay down on bed.
Mahi frowned at that because he used to always place himself in Mahi's lap but he didn't today.

'Cheeku u okay?'
Mahi asked him after sometime but Virat didn't respond to that and just close his eyes.
