User is able to control the weather around her and change it as well. User can also make their own weather happen, even though it isn't happening currently. Though that takes a lot of energy.
SOME WEATHER EXAMPLES
-Lighting & Thunder- User can control the lighting that is already building up in the air, as well as thunder. If wanting to make their own appear, Lightning proves to be very dangerous while thunder takes a while to master. DRAWBACKS: -drowsiness
-Rain- User can control the Rain in the sky, and can eventually use the water built up and instead use it for something else. They can make their own, if they have water in front of them. Pretty easy to use. DRAWBACKS: -none
-Snow & Hail- User can control the snow and hail, and can use it for own purposes. They can make their own, by already having water in front of them, but can be very difficult to use. DRAWBACKS: -coldness
REMEMBER THESE ARE ONLY SOME EXAMPLES
USER CAN SOMETIMES CONTROL WEATHER UNINTENTIONALLY, WITH STRONG EMOTION BUT ISN'T USED OFTEN.
USER CAN CHANGE THE WEATHER SOMETIMES. (If she feels like it. Hehe)
