Sector 51

The Characters part 1: The Heroes

A Teenage girl raised from birth by Sector 51 after her mother abandoned her as a baby, Lena led a sheltered life with little to no experience of what it's like to be a normal kid. She is what is known as a "Starchild", a term for children who are born to both human and alien parents (AKA a hybrid). She was trained by the organization to use her special powers to fight alien criminals on their behalf as their "secret weapon", as she is their trump card in the war against extraterrestrial violence.

Lena's personal handler, guardian, and overprotective father figure, Delta is a stoic sharpshooter quick on the drawn with his twin laser pistols. he is also a total neatfreak, preferring not to get his hands dirty hence why he wears gloves all the time and specializes in using ranged weaponry.

Alex is an ordinary human teenager that Lena saves from an alien attack leading to the two becoming friends (much to the disapproval of Sector 51) eventually leading to a blossoming romance between the two. Lena learns more about the outside world and what it's like to be a normal kid through her time spent with him. Alex's parents have also welcomed Lena with open arms, accepting her as part of the family. tho they don't know she's part alien, since Lena is trying to keep that part of her a secret. Alex is also a huge comic book nerd and is a firm believer that aliens are secretly among us, much to the chagrin of his skeptic parents.

Lena's alien pet, Poochie is a dog-like alien that can swallow people whole by sucking them into his mouth, as the creature has a literal black hole inside his stomach. He is fiercely loyal to Lena and will defend his owner at all costs. he also likes Alex who struggles trying to hide the alien mutt from his parents whenever Lena spends time at their house.

The Anonymous head of Sector 51, Alpha is a mysterious enigmatic figure who never shows his face to any of his agents for security reasons. He also serves as the Earth representative in the United alliance of planets, an organization formed by the governments of over 100 neighboring worlds in the Milky Way galaxy (in other words the reason why we never see him is because he's off-planet at the moment)

the LGMs are tiny green-skinned aliens who serve Sector 51 as builders and inventors responsible for inventing all the gadgets and equipment used by the organization on a daily basis. As it turns out, these little aliens have been responsible for the technological booms in our society during the past century including things like the internet, cell phones, etc. These little guys hail from the Zeta-Reticuli where they were servants to the race of larger aliens known as the Greys who ran Sector 26 of the United Alliance of Planets.

Jack and Emily Quinn are the parents of Lena's best human friend Alex and are your typical middle American family. Alex's mother Emily is a bit of a worrywart constantly fearing for the safety of her teenage son while his father Jack is a bit more supportive of their son's adventurous side. however neither of them take their son's belief in the existence of aliens or UFOs seriously, thinking Alex has seen one too many sci-fi movies. and Alex would like to keep it that way, as it would be way too much for them to take in. so to them, Lena is just an ordinary human girl that Alex brought home (Alex often tries to make Lena wear a headband to hide her forehead crystal to avoid drawing any attention) and welcome her into the family with open arms letting her stay at the Quinn household which she views as almost like a second home.

Commander of Sector 51's ground troops, Commander Epsilon is a loyal soldier devoted to Alpha who will stop at nothing to get the job done even if it means sacrificing his own men for the cause of which Lena objects too as she views all life as precious. He is a respected military leader that both Alpha and Sigma look at with high regard (especially Sigma who was the one who trained Epsilon), however Delta not so much as he and Epsilon butt heads a lot due to Epsilon having little faith in Lena questioning why Alpha and Sector 51 would recruit a teenage girl to their top-secret alien hunting organization which angers Delta who treats Lena as an adopted daughter. and yes, I did base the character's design off of Danny Trejo.
