"Do you really think the Moon Goddess chose them?"

"I don't know yet. But we will know at the party."

"If it's true what you are thinking, it's going to get messy. Not to mention they are going to be so lost."

"I know my darling. Just be ready for anything."

Eun-ji felt nervous.

Her heart kept plunging down her chest. Her lungs felt constrained.

She kept looking at the dress her mother had picked for her. It was a strap, deep green color, long to the floor, with a split almost to her hips on the right side.

In a way she felt exposed.

Her hair was tucked in behind her right ear, with a hair clip keeping it in place. Her eyes had a rosy shade, lips glossy.

Her mother insisted on doing her makeup and dressing her up; kept nagging her about her only daughter not letting her beauty shine. So she kept quiet and let herself be turned into a "presentable young women" as her mother put it.

The whole pack was going to be at the gathering. Everyone's schedule had been cleared, the barriers strengthen, and a second impenetrable spell cast, for reenforcement.

Their best liquor had been brought out of the cellar and food made to feed everyone three times over.

Yes it indeed was a great celebration.

The courthouse had been turned into a dance hall, with music blasting. One thing they loved about humans was their vast music and speakers, definitely speakers.

The pack was in simple terms, overjoyed with the return of their leader's sons.

And tonight was the night to enjoy, laugh and dance.

Yes. She was definitely nervous.

She kept looking at her reflection on the mirror. She didn't recognize herself. And is she was being honest with herself, she did fell pretty, beautifully even. She wanted to dress up more often but the werewolf life was about being practical.

"Eun-ji, let's go baby!"

Her heartbeat picked up at her dads calling.

She was nervous. She wanted to see Erick. She was nervous for his reaction. What if he didn't like how she looked? What is she wasn't enough women for him? What if he had found his mate back home. What is he had come back to end things with her?

She wasn't stupid. She knew if any of the two of them found their mate, they would have to end their relationship.

The bond between mates gets too strong, specially when heats and ruts come around. That's why she prayed almost every night for Erick to be hers. She wanted him more than anything.

She made her way to the living room, trying to calm her nerves down. She slowly entered, remembering her brothers were also waiting for her. She had gotten used these past two weeks to their smells lingering around the house.

So when she made it to the living room, it smelled like home.

*****

The boys were ready to go.

All dressed in fashionable clothes, as they had put it, fashion from the human world.

They were just happy to finally see Eun-ji. To spend some time with her.

"Eun-ji, let's go baby."

They all stood up as they waited for Eun-ji to arrive.

Her sweet floral scent was floating into the room when suddenly she appeared at the door way.
