"How about first kiss as a married couple?"

This question echoed again in my head, its been one week when Loki asked that. It still bothering me, hindi nakakatulong ang mga biro niyang gano'n. Hindi dapat niya sinasabi 'yon kung hindi siya seryoso.

I was stunned when Loki said that, he' s still holding my hand, we're looking at each others eyes. Minutes passed before it sink at me, I pulled my hand and took the fake ring off.

"Don't joke like that" I said in a serious tone, I drunk the last glass of alcohol then stood up. "Matutulog na ako, bukas ko na lang liligpitin ang kalat. Good night" I didn't wait for their response and walk straight to my room.

Its not that I don't like to be marry with Loki, in fact I'm waiting for the day that he'll ask me to marry him. But that night, I can sense that he's not serious kaya medyo nainis ako at nawala sa mood. If he'll propose to me, he should do it in a proper way. Kahit hindi na enggrande o kung anumang sosyal na proposal. As long as, he's serious and he's willing to marry me, I would gladly say YES.

I don't want to overthink na walang balak si Loki na pakasalan ako. As the years went by, every anniversary celebration with him, walang araw na hindi sumagi sa isip ko ang planong makasal sa kaniya. Its not that I'm rushing things, its just, we're getting old. Ilang buwan na lang at parehas na kaming 30 years old.

Parang kailan lang noong una kaming magkakilala, high school palang kami noon at mga bata pa pero ngayon, we're adult now. I know the responsibilities of being a married woman. When I make decisions kailangan ay lagi nang kasama doon si Loki and gano'n din siya. Kasama na rin doon ang planong magkaanak, if he doesn't want a child yet I'll respect him. Pwede namang i-enjoy muna namin ang pagiging mag-asawa, we can travel together, explore new things and prioritize others.

I bid goodbye to my workmates before going out, I went inside the elevator and pressed the basement 1 button. I looked at my wrist watch, its already 7:30 in the evening. Overtime na naman ako dahil sa dami ng trabaho.

When the elevator opened, I went out immediately and look for my car. Buti na lang ay mabilis  kong nahanap kung saan ako nag-park. I drove my blue sedan and went home.

I swifted my card key to open my condo unit, it made a clicking sound. I went inside and took my shoes off, I clicked the light switch and went straight to the couch and slumped my body on it. I closed my eyes and heaved a sigh. I'm too tired to cook and eat dinner, I just want to sleep already. Ilang minuto akong nakahiga lang sa couch.

Maya-maya lang ay tumayo na ako para maglinis ng katawan, before entering my room I saw a sticky note in my door. A morse code was written on it.

Sa tagal kong nakasama si Loki at sa lagi niyang paggamit ng ganitong code ay nakabisado ko na kaya madali ko lang din na nabasa. The code says KITCHEN. I lazily walked to the kitchen then looked around. I found another sticky note on the fridge, another morse code is written on it.
