The day was long but the case was shorter than usual it was around 8pm and all 4 agents sat at their desks all doing different things deeks sat drawing on the side of the paperwork he was supposed to be doing Callen just sat staring at it Sam was trying hard to do it but ended up just clicking his pen kensi sat just looking around the office glancing at all her co-workers every few seconds then continuing to look around and fidgit with the things on her desk. No matter how hard she tried she couldn't get names words out of her head "earth to kensi" Sam waved a had in front of kensi's face making her jump so far back and making her gasp for air when she realized where she was she became imbarassed "I uh I'm sorry" she was fighting back tears and was looking at the ground "hey its ok" Deeks walked towards her "let's go home" he helped her up and grabbed her stuff "Goodnight guys" Deeks waved at his co-workers but kensi remained silent and still "here kens take these" he handed her the keys" I need to grab something real fast" he went to turn around and saw the look on her face she was scared she didn't want to be alone "ok kens I'll tell you what you stay here, it's safe I promise and I'll be right back" he could tell this put her mind at ease and be began to walk back to his desk "guys" he turned to Sam and Callen who were bent over grabbing their stuff "huh" Sam asked not looking up from what he was doing "I don't really think I should bring her back I was thinking this would do her good but now I feel like we just took a giant step back" he was whispering just in case kensi wanted to be closer "It's fine deeks take all the time you need" Callen stood up "we understand" Sam said as the walked to the door way and all 3 saw kensi hunched over wrapped in her sweater leaning against the wall "hey kens I'm here what's wrong" Deeks rushed to her side" I just want to go home" her whole body began to shake with crys "ok ok come on let's go home" he stood her up and walked her to the car "It's ok" He hushed her and he helped her sit down "you did great today your just tired" he smiled at her as he shut the door
