Josh's POV
Where was she going, I did not recognize this street at all. I've been driving for what seems to be a long time. finally she stopped and got out of the car and into the building so naturally I did the same. I went into the building and tapped her on the shoulder.
Elana's POV
I had finally gotten to the abandoned warehouse so I parked the car as fast as I could and ran inside. when I was inside I felt someone tap my shoulder so naturally I took there hand and flipped the person over my shoulder. as soon as I saw the face of the person I realized a mistake.
"What the hell josh?" I whispered screamed at him.
"I thought you were a bad guy, what are you doing here?" I continued
"I followed you here, I saw you getting into the s.h.i.e.l.d car and I knew you weren't supposed to leave the building and I knew that going to talk to you would be pointless so I followed you, so can you please tell me where the hell are we" he explained
"We're in the red rooms 'lair'" I answered
"Ohh didn't the avengers go to stop them, where are they?"
"I don't know where they are, that's what I'm trying to find out"
"Look elana there's a staircase near the walk there" he said while pointing at it. we walked down the stairs. "Elana I don't see any of the avengers
here"
"Way to point out the obvious josh"
" Sorry but how are we going to find them"
"There are two halls, one of them is bound to lead us to them"
"So we spilt up"
"Hell no, do you think I'm dumb, there's more chance of us getting out of here alive if we stick together"
" Ok so lets go down the left hallway first"
"Ok"
As we were walking, I started to smell something funny, like gaz maybe.
"Josh do you smell that?" I asked but he didn't answer all I heard was thud and when I turned around, I saw him on the floor.
"Great it must've been some sort of sleepy gaz" I said to myself. thanks to the red room who had been putting me in sleepy gaz rooms for years on purpose so my immune system could tolerate it now any type of gaz doesn't affect me. btw the thanks was sarcastic I thought to myself. I didn't know how to wake him up so I decide to leave him there, I hope he doesn't get hurt. I kept walking down the creepy hall but it didn't seem to lead to anything. great! I started walking back to where josh was but he wasn't there. "stupid elana, I knew I should've left him, god I'm so fucking stupid sometimes" I said to myself. wow I should really stop talking to myself. I went down the other hallway and found many doors. ok here goes nothing. I walk into the first room and there's no one there. There were 3 more rooms, one of them was bound to lead me to them.
Natasha's POV
I woke up in some sort of room with the avengers all sprawled out in the room.
"GUYS! GUYS" I screamed to wake them up.
I heard a bunch of what's.
" They probably put some sort of gaz to make us sleep so now were trapped" I said.
"Oh shit, we have to find a way out of here" tony said.
"No shit Sherlock" Bruce said
" Ok so what about the door, has anybody tried opening the door?" I asked
"No" said Steve
"Ok then" I said while trying to open the door.
"It's locked" I said
"Well I didn't think it was open" tony said
"Well sometimes there stupid, you never know"
"No ones that stupid"
The door opening and closing disrupted our conversation.
We all looked to see what it was, it was a guard dropping someone to the floor. before any of us had time to react, the guard was gone.
"Is that josh?" I asked
"Looks like it but if josh is here then that means elana's probably here to" tony said
"Why would elana be here?"
"Because-" I heard tony start to speak but someone interrupted.
"Because I followed her here" josh said
"Why would she come here after I specifically told her not to?" tony said
"Never mind I just realized how stupid that question was" he continued
"So why didn't you stop her" I said
"Because it would have been pointless, you know elana she doesn't listen to shit, she does what she wants so I figured if I followed her, I could maybe help her but I had no idea where she was going" he explained
"What I don't understand is why isn't elana here? she would have fallen asleep to by the gaz?" Clint asked
"No she would've, one of the red rooms 'activities' shall I say was to put you in rooms full of gaz till your immune system wasn't affected by it" I said
"Wait so why did you fall asleep?" Steve asked
"I guess this is a way higher Doss ten they put me through, but enough about me, we need to find a way out of here" I said
"I agree come on let's think" josh said
Elana's POV
I was now entering the 3 room. the other rooms were just empty rooms, this one however wasn't a room it was mea door which lead to an even deeper hallway. I could here voices coming from the end of the hall. I kept going down the hall until I saw the two guards. this was going to be fun. as soon as they saw me, they reached for their guns but I kicked both of them before they had a chance. I then punched them in the face , kicked them in the dick which made both of them fall. Punched them in the face again. I took there guns and stole the keychain of keys that one of the guys had. I immediately started checking all the keys to see which one would open the door. finally one of them worked, I opened the door to find another hall, are you fucking kidding me, this place may look small from the outside but it sure as hell isn't.
Tony's POV
"Guys" I said
"Ya" they all replied
"We're not alone here" I said
"What?" Steve said
"Did nobody notice that little girl sitting there" I said
They all turned around to see what I was looking at.
"Oh crap" Natasha said
"How could we not have realized" Clint said
"To busy figuring out how to get out of here" I said
"What's your name sweetie" Natasha said
"Lily" she answered
"That's a very pretty name" josh said
"How old are you?" Natasha asked
"8" lily said
"Wow your a big girl, where's your mommy" Natasha continued
"I don't know"
" What about your daddy?" Natasha kept going
"I never had one" lily said
We all looked at her with sad eyes.
"Don't worry, well get you out of here" Natasha reassured her.
Elana's POV
I was walking down the hall when I heard voices again. I hid behind a wall and glanced at them to get a good look, it was 2 men. lets do this the easy way. I shot both of them in there legs so they couldn't run and walked up to them.
"Why don't you kill us" one of the men said
"thats not who i am anymore" I answered him pand took both of there guns. wow this place had shitty security. I kept going down the long hall until I saw a room, I wonder whats in there. I quickly checked all the keys, but none of them seemed to unlock the door. so I decide to kick the door down but since it didn't budge, I shot a bullet a the door nob and opened the door and found the advengers standing there.
"See you do need me" I said to them
"Oh elana thank god your ok" my dad came to me and hugged me.
"Ya I'm fine, I stole some guns so who needs"
"Me" Natasha said
"Just you" I said to her
"Fine more for me" I said and put the other guns in my pants.
"Who's that little girl" I asked
"She was with us" josh said
"Oh wait up? josh your okay" I asked
"I'm fine, thanks for ditching me btw" he said
"Sorry about that" I apologized
"Why does that little girl look so familiar" I continued
And then it hit me
"Oh my god lily?" I asked her
"Mommy?" she said shakily.
