As always, (M) in the title means mature content. --------------------- Previously... She squared her shoulders and walked purposely into the hotel, her eyes skimming over the large sign at the entrance - "Korfali Farm Resort" -----------------
Ozan pitched the hay into a pile angrily. Damn, she had gotten under his skin. She was making the worse decision of her life! He shouldn't care, and yet...
He heard the shuffle of feet and turned around, a surprised gasp escaping his lips. Was he seeing things?
"You're back," he said, his voice laden in disbelief.
"I am," Esra said, smiling hesitantly. What was she even doing here - she didn't know. Her feet had followed her head (or was it her heart?) and she found herself at the door of the barn.
They walked towards each other, stopping just shy of touching.

She looked like she'd been crying and Ozan's chest tightened. He resisted the urge to pull her into his arms and comfort her.
"You shouldn't be here," he said instead.
"I couldn't stay away."

Fresh tears gathered in her eyes and Ozan gave in. He gathered her close and kissed the top of her head. "Oh Esra."
"I did it." she whispered against his neck.
He pulled back immediately, his forehead creased, his eyes angry. "Got engaged?"
She shook her head, "No I called it off. I put myself first."
His eyes widened in shock and then softened in relief. This time he crushed her to him with such force that they both lost their footing a little and fell against the hay stack behind her.
