The sun awoke Dream from a comfortable sleep, he stretched his arms and looked at the still Y/n next to him,still asleep.
Even though the bright sun was shining directly on their face with sounds like bangs from the street carts echoing, they didn't even move or wake up.
He kissed their cheek and hurried out of the bed, wanting to clean the mess of last night up before Y/n woke up so they didn't offer to help him, just incase they found a certain set of stolen tools hidden in the cupboard.
"Dream? What are you doing?"
Shit
"Oh, just putting some stuff away,sit down, I'll make breakfast!"
"You actually wanted to clean up this time? Normally you come get me to help, are you sure you're okay?"
They both laughed a little and sat down to eat the little cakes dream had made the day before, probably hoping Y/n would show up then instead in the day rather then the night.

Y/n had spent the rest of the day in the garden picking weeds and crops, writing and reading, and petting some stray foxes that had made their way under the trees
I wonder if Ranboos okay...
They sat down in the middle of the grass, trying to see if Ranboo might've been behind the trees or bushes, but he wasn't there..not even a bird or a tiny ant
"Y/n? I'm home!"
They heard Philza from inside the house, running inside, they hugged him from behind
Suddenly, he turned into a cloud of black smoke.
"D-Dad!?"
Y/n fell onto a pitch black floor, scared and confused, everything turned black.
"Is anyone there!? I'm really not in the mood for this!."
Fuck sake...
Everything went quite, they thought they heard Philza frantically calling their name, but it disappeared.
"Y/n.."
They turned around to see Ranboo, standing a few feet behind them, cheeks stained with tears.
"Ranboo!?"
They quickly ran over to him, hugging him tightly.
he returned the hug, but didn't say anything, he just stood there, with
Y/ns arms around him.
"Where are we, Ranboo.."
He didn't say anything, he didn't move or blink, he just stared at them, a slight sadness in his eyes
