I feel so thrilled as we walk through the silent corridor

I feel so thrilled as we walk through the silent corridor. I have Mr. Chocolate cookie on my right side, holding my upper arm while his employee is on my left side two feet away. Both of their gazes are roaming around in an alert manner, ready to shoot whoever intrudes us.

I also want a gun for myself, so that I can shoot the bad people, it will be amazing. Wah!

I will look like a baddie!

We passed two more corridors silently. I have tried to talk, but this Chocolate cookie be na, whenever I try to talk, he is passing me a cold look which sends shivers down my spine. And moreover these both were not answering back, so I kept my mouth shut, at least I tried my best. And I am hungry also, so I couldn't talk more.

I don't even know where we are going, I just know we are trying to escape this place. And this place is like a maze, going on and on. I don't know where the exit door of the maze will come so that we can escape. We should have jumped through the window in that room, we could have escaped easily.

I furrow my eyebrows.

"Hero or Knight, whichever you like, I want to ask you something." I whisper, pulling his jacket in my fist.

He looks down at me with his deep gaze but doesn't reply. I'd be surprised if he replied.

"We should have jumped through that window, why did you stop me? We could have easily escaped from here!" I raise my eyebrows, hoping that he will reply to me.

"You would have died by now, if I let you jump outside." He mutters and again turns his gaze in front. My eyes bulge in shock.

"Why so?" I ask tensedly.

Before he can answer, we hear gunshots from our behind. Oh mi god! My body cowers in instinct, as more gunshots fire from our back.

As we turn, my hero instantly pulls me aside, standing in front of me and hiding me from the bullets. He and his employee are shooting the opponents with their pistols fiercely. I cringe, closing my eyes and clutching his jacket from back in my fists.

Loud gunshots!

Many of them!

Indeed it is an action movie scene.

I move backwards as he takes steps back continuously while shooting as well. I can feel the adrenaline in my body running fast inside my veins, making my heart pound inside in anxiety. I am sure they must have wasted hundreds of bullets by now.
