"Jeez, just tell her how you feel!"
Tristan rolled his eyes for the millionth time watching Charlie doubled over his phone texting Annabelle... again.
"I can't." he replied quietly.
"Why not? You did with Aubrey and Ella." Tristan argued, referencing Charlie's messy record with ex-girlfriends.
Charlie couldn't look his friend in the eyes.
"But this time it's different...It's real. And I'm not ever gonna ruin it."
