Aquas POV
I ran as fast as my four legs would carry me. I finally reached a clearing and saw her.
Wait.
She didn't look hurt! What the--
"Ummm? What are you doing here?" she asked. I blinked, once, twice...
"I heard you scream and...." I trailed off. She looked puzzled and then her mouth create and "O" and said,
"Ohhhh. I saw a bunny."
I looked at her closely to see if she was lying, her gray eyes sparkeled innocently, and her dirty blonde hair was swirling in the wind, making it curlier than before. Her body was like a ruler, straight down, but in a good way. She was pale yet tan from lack of summer..
Wow....I need to stay on topic...
"A bunny?"
"Yes..." I just shrugged it off and walked over to her.
Ryan's POV
That feeling went away so soon..what was that?
I may have to ask the pack doctor...I mean--
I stopped mid thought when I felt something....dread? Sadness? Fear...?

Then it was gone...I'm so confused but I now realize it was..a mate thing, I guess.
Ughhh. I really need to discuss this stuff with her.
I wonder is she still wants to be my mate...?

I made my way down stairs to our stainless steel kitchen.
