Yamaguchi POV

It was early in the morning I went to the dining hall so I could be with yachi a little more she and the other manager were making breakfast for us I sat down at the nearest table
Towards the kitchen, I would love to be in the kitchen closer to her but I'm afraid I'll get in the way

I'm not the best when it comes to working in the kitchen I mean I could help you know peel potatoes and stuff but I still feel like I'll be in the way
I couldn't help but wonder I mean there was nothing to do except daydream

It's been a whole day since tuskki last spoke to me I know I made him mad but dame I'm not gonna lie I kind of thought he would get over it by now but I did gaslight him so I guess it's only natural that I apologize but this is too much on my brain

"Yamaguchi you ok"
"Yup I'm ok why you ask"
"I guess it's just because you look sad"
"Oh did I worry you I'm sorry babe"
"It's ok but is there anything bothering you"
"I guess it's just tuskki hasn't talked to me for a day now I'm starting to feel that maybe that the argument with him was bigger than I thought"

"I understand but you didn't have to start an argument with him you could've just told him"
"No The timing has to be perfect I mean you're my first girlfriend after all"
"Ok but just make sure to tell him"

She played with my hair for a bit It kind of bothers me a bit

"I'm not a dog you know"
"I know I just like your hair I especially like messing up your hair it's nice and soft"

Fuck she's so cute I just love her she's just like the beautiful sky

I got up from my set she must've been spurious that I got up so suddenly I hugged her holding her close I can feel her face it's warm I look up to see all of the managers looking at me and yachi with a funny grin on there faces

I released yachi from my embrace looking at her face seeing how it was all red she's flustered how cute

I gave her on kiss her forehead and then patted her hair softly

"I'm going to go ok I have to get ready for the day"

With a ever so cute stutter she agreed
"O-ok"
"Good I'll be going see you later my dear"

I left the dining hall waiting outside in the hallway only to hear the manager's squealing and excitement on what just happened telling yachi how she has a good boyfriend and how she's so lucky

All the managers know about are relationship it came up in a conversation yachi had with them and we all know how bad she and me are at lying but it's ok I don't mind it all that much

Hearing the managers talk about what I just did really is making me feel embarrassed
Shit my face is hot now

I glance over and see Kageyama walking out of the bathroom he looks so sorrowful and tired

"Oh hey yamaguchi"
"Hey Kageyama why are you up so early"
"Oh-...just wanted to eat early so I can get a little more practice"

He's answer seems like a lie but I didn't want to pressure him to talk to me any further about it he's obviously uncomfortable

"Ok that makes sense well see you later"
"See you"

I wonder what happened whatever I shouldn't pry into his business

I go walk to one of the lounge Area to go sit down and watch TV I didn't know what I was going to watch

maybe Steven universe or something even though it's a cartoon I think Everyone who has at least watch Steven universe can admit it doesn't matter how old you are Steven universe is still bomb as fuck
