Emma's POV
December 2018
I wake up alone in my bed like always. It was Christmas Eve last night and literally nothing happened. I took a walk but I only get sad seeing all the families and couples outside so I went home and ate while watching series or movies all day. I went to bed early last night so I would have energy today. Or so I thought. I'm tired as hell and I have a migraine that literally wants to kill me

So I got up and grabbed a bottle of water and some pain killers before walking back to my bed and falling back sleep trying to get it to end. My luck. It didn't. I woke up around 4pm and the only thing I could think of was food so I walked to the kitchen realizing I didn't have anything. So me being the lacy person I am ordered McDonalds and 30 minutes later it was by my door

I ate and the dragged myself back to bed falling asleep again. This time sleeping until the next day. Today the migraine was partly gone. I could feel it behind one of my eyes but I could still get up and do stuff. So I decided to clean before the new year gets here.

I threw the trash from yesterday away before I vacuumed cleaned the whole apartment. It isn't so big but still. I mean I have a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom that I also use as and living room and that's it.

When I was done with my cleaning I sat down and started another movie but only a few minutes in their was a knock at the door. Did I order food? I walked over to it and opens it and to my surprise on the other side my beautiful girlfriend was standing. Wait it can't be

"Give me a second"

I walk back in the apartment grabbed my glasses that I never use and walk back to the door but my eyes wasn't playing me a trick

"I'm I seeing this right"

"Of course you are baby" She answer me with a a smile. Still kinda confused I let her in and as soon as I closed the door I was pulled into a kiss

"I have missed you" She say against my lips

"I have missed you too but I have way to many questions" I say with my arms wrapped around her

"Can't that wait just one minute so we can catch up with the kisses"

"Sure" I said before pulling her in for a longer and deeper kiss. We moved to my bed as we pulled away

"Now I have some questions"

"Bring it on" She answers before laying her head on my chest

"Why are you here. Not that I don't want you here just shouldn't you be in Florida"

"Well I celebrated Christmas with my family and early this morning I got on I flight here so I could spend some time with you before we have camp and can't have any alone time"

"What did you tell your family you are doing here"

"I told them I had work but I was going to see a friend first for a few days"

"Do you have work"

"No" She answer with a smile as I stared playing with her hair

"How did you know I lived here"

"Well I had to come up with a plan to get you address so I called Mal and to not make anyone suspicious I said I needed it because I had got a new phone and would put everyone's address in it and I couldn't get in contact with you. Annnnnd I also asked everyone one else on the team so no one would have a clue" She said proudly

"Some times you are to much"

"But you secretly love it"

"I do very much love it" I answer before she turn around and capture my lips in hers again for a sweet and loving kiss

"You know you in glasses her damn hot" She said after we pulled away for air

"You think" I asked kinda surprised

"Yea should wear them more"

"Only for you princess. Now how about some lunch"

"Sounds really good to me"
