Fiancee

I was still so worried about Julius because he seems so fed up the past days, not to mention the problem in their companies. Hindi na ako nangahas na magtanong. I just wanted to be there for him and wait till he's ready to tell me everything because from the very beginning, fuck buddies don't share personal issues.

Our families may be close friends but not us alone. So we're left with one description: fuck buddies.

Pabalik-balik siya sa Maynila at Cebu. Last week, he went abroad for a business venture. He would never fail to text me, though. He sometimes video calls me too and I couldn't be more contented with that.

She lost her detective brother recently.

That's why when he called me last night that he will be going home directly in Casa Fuego, I couldn't contain my excitement anymore. I was wearing a white dress, white sunhat, and black sunglasses. I was all smiles when I heard his footsteps nearing. He smiled at me when our eyes met.

"Hi!" I sounded so excited.

"Hi," he chuckled and spread his arms.

Ngumisi ako lalo at tumakbo palapit sa kanya. He welcomed me with his arms. I bumped on his chest as I snaked my arms on his nape, hugging him tight. I don't care anymore!

"I missed you," he whispered.

"I missed you, too!"

Maybe I have been cold all this time that it's surprising to hear those words from me. In the end, he smiled and hugged me more.

Nagpakawala siya ng mabigat na hininga. My cheek squished on his chest as he hugged me tight.

"The past weeks have been dreadful to me. I'm happy I'd spend this whole afternoon with you."

"Whole afternoon lang? Aalis ka ba agad?"

He gave me a small smile. "I'm sorry. There's really an alarming problems in the company so I have to attend to that."

I sighed. "Fine. Let's spend this afternoon right."

And we did.

After the third round, we both fell on the bed, panting. I smiled, and he smiled.

I thought it was going to be a smooth afternoon, but when the housemaid knocked for our lunch, kumaripas kami ng bihis ni Julius. I was still so flushed but the housemaid will be more intrigued if we make her wait a little longer.

She might have been weirded out that my bodyguard is in the same room as me! I just count on how Conor will cover this up. He revealed to me that the reason why we aren't exposed yet is because he's covering up for us whenever we're in the hacienda. I feel bad that I can always count on him, and yet I used to obey my mother's scheme behind his back.
