The next chapter I am pretty sure you will all guess what they did so get excited for that.....but theres another secret........why did jared keep it a secret? hmmmm ponder on tht! ill elaborate later!

Chapter Ten

          Angie blushed deeply, and quickly stepped away. The Officer smiled, and unlocked the handcuffs. "Good luck," He chuckled, and pushed Jared towards his family.

          "Thank you Officer," Maya murmured, and then the Officer was gone. Maya crossed her arms over her chest, and stared at Jared.

          "Maybe we should go inside," Izzy whispered, tugging on Angie's arm. Kate followed them into the house, and up towards Izzy and Angie's room. "Wow, that was epic," Izzy laughed, "And desperate."

          Angie winced, and opened the door to their room. Izzy put her stuff on the bed that wasn't occupied by Angie's stuff, and started unpacking. "Has he always been getting arrested?" Izzy asked.

          "Yes," Kate whispered, "Ever since the summer Angie didn't come back." Izzy stopped packing, and looked over at Angie. Angie sat on her bed, and looked out the window. She could see Maya yelling at Jared. He just shrugged it off, and stormed into the house. Maya yelled after him, but that didn't stop him. He stormed up the stairs, and towards the end of the hall. He stopped at his door, and looked at Angie. Angie gave a small smile, and shrugged. He narrowed his eyes, and slammed the door shut.

          Izzy jumped, and muttered, "Great."

          Maya appeared in the doorway, and whispered, "Come on girls, I ordered pizza. It should be here in a few."

          "Alright," Kate sighed.

          "I'll come help set the table," Angie volunteered, "You want to help Kate?" Kate nodded, and followed Angie out the door. They walked down the stairs, and into the small kitchen.

          "The plates are there, and the silverware is there," Maya directed, "Thanks for the help!"

          "Anytime," Angie answered with a smile. They were in the middle of setting the table when the door bell rang. Maya went to get the pizzas, and then brought them back into the kitchen.

          "Dinner," She called.

          Izzy and Allie came downstairs, but Jared stayed up in his room. They ate in the kitchen in pure silence. When Jared came trotting down the stairs, they all stared at him. "Pizza, yum," He smiled, and sat down next to Angie.

          Angie went stiff, but continued to eat her pizza. Maya and Allie both glared at Jared, Kate looked down at her food, and Izzy pretended like nothing happened.

          "Come on Ma," Jared finally said with a smile.

          "You keep doing it Jared," She snapped, "I don't know where I went wrong! Where did I go wrong?"
