I haven't seen or heard from my angel since last week, it's like he's completely disappeared. I sighed then looked down at my hands, noticing that my engagement ring wasn't there, I don't even know why I said yes. I loved Raoul but not that way, he is a very nice man and could get many other women right? But I do love someone else like that, my angel. I just need to figure out how to tell him.
I should probably try to find the ring before I return it because how else would I return it if I didn't have it? I made my way to my dressing room, a strange yet comforting feeling came over me, It felt as if I was being watched but in a loving way. I made my way down the long halls, Eventually finding my destination. I slipped into the dark room quietly closing the door, I turned around only to be met by a tall figure standing in front of the mirror.
My angel began to speak as I stood in shock that he was back, it felt like forever since I saw him. "We need to talk, come" he said with an angry tone, yes we needed to talk but we could just do it here. "No" I responded unsure of my own words, "Oh?" He questioned taking a step towards me, " I see how it is." He said coldly.
"Christine knows best
Christine's so mature now
Such a clever grown-up miss

Fine, if you're so sure now
Go ahead, then give him this"
He reached into his pocket and pulled out my engagement ring, how did he even know about the engagement?
"How did you-?" Her question was cut off short by the angel
This is why he's here!

He sang coming closer, putting the silver ring in my hand then backing up slightly
"Trust me, my dear
That's how fast he'll leave you" He snapped his figures in front of my face
"I won't say I told you so - no

So if he's such a dreamboat
Go and put him to the test"
I stared in shock at all that was happening, he thought I would leave him for Raoul. This was a misunderstanding, I loved him not Raoul.
"And if he's lying
Don't come crying
Angels know best"
After the last line it seemed he disappeared from slight which confused me even more, oh God what have I done
This was short probably because I wrote it in under 20 minutes but hope you enjoyed:)
