"Our shot with All For One is over. But I thought having Y/N become his replacement would be better. Besides, she's way more powerful than that old man."

Shigaraki slammed his fist on the table. Dabi was unfazed by it, he already saw it coming.

"How dare you talk about Father like that!" He yelled, "I will be the next All For One! He promised me that I will take his place! Me!"

Dabi remained silent, doubting the blue haired in his mind. He didn't see anything special about Shigaraki but he did see something in you. He knew you have a wild side too, considering the fact that you took down those Nocturne servants.

He thought All Might and heroing was just getting in the way. Especially blondie.

"You're in my side, aren't you?!" Shigaraki stood up from his seat, waiting for an answer.

Dabi was quiet for a moment before answering, "I'm not in anyone's side."

And with that, he stood up and walked away. His hands slipped inside his pockets leaving Shigaraki speechless.

"Agh!" You winced, a loud thud could be heard when your back made contact with a brick wall.

Dabi looked at you mockingly, belittling your skills. "Again." You groaned, positioning yourself into a fighting stance. Woo, this man sure doesn't know the word 'mercy'.

You charged towards him, your fist on front ready to punch the dude's subtle skin. Instead,  it was the air it punched. Dabi had moved his head to the side, taking the opportunity to grab the back of your head and kick your body to the ground.

You let out a short shriek before your face was pathetically making a small crater on the ground, your head stinging in pain and your body becoming to feel more numb. Dabi had his eyes on you from behind, disappointment evident in his turquoise irises.

He couldn't keep himself from admitting that he had missed the old you. You were a challenging fighter back then. You never backed down from a fight either because you were told by your father or just because you cared for the victims of the evildoer. Even when he first layed an eye on you, he already knew you were a fighter for the good and that you didn't belong to the world of murderers.

But now that you're not that person, he planned to change that. Mold you into a pure demoness. Well, not literally. He knew your powers is inseparable from you so he chose to just pick the risky way into avenging the bad.

And that's to making you bad.

You have been meeting up with him for a week now yet you still haven't made any progress, not even a little. That's why right now, you're losing your interest in this.

Why become a fighter when you're a completely different person now? Why not forget the past and live whoever you want to be. Maybe not become a hero too? But it's such a waste. Your quirk is perfect for a hero, you could even save the entire world with it. But. Uggghhhhh.

Why does it feel like you're forced to live like the old you? Do you even want to be back to your old self? But then again, they won't accept you. All Might. He won't accept you, not even your father, Aizawa.

What if you want to be a different person?

"Stand up and let's do it again."

You sat up, your knees on the ground as you stared into the deep crater. You were having a complicated train of thoughts and your quirk quickly reacted to that. You ended up having this quirk 'zoom' as your eyes zoomed into the small pebbles. You weren't bothered by it for you were too focused on something else.

"Hey."

"What if..." You muttered, "...I want to be different...?"

Dabi raised a brow, "What did you say? Get up." You turned your head around and looked at him with a pair of stern E/C eyes, "What if I don't want to be a fighter? Why can't I just-"

"You're thinking the impossible, Y/N." you were cut off, you were offended yeah but that statement had you pulled down to more thoughts.

"Why would that be impossible?" You asked innocently. He sighed, walking towards you as he took out a hand. You hesitantly held onto it, causing you to be locked in a dark and serious gaze. He grasped your hand, tightening his hold. Your breath hitched at the embrace.

"Many people looked up to you back then. Don't you care for them? They saw you as a powerful hero but now, they see a weak slut. Do you want to be called weak?"

Your heart's pace quickened when he suddenly took a step forward, you leaning back in fear.

"The people you cared for before doesn't care about you now. Do you want that, princess?"

You gulped, your back reaching the cold brick wall, "What do you think is the reason why they don't talk to you the way they did before? Why do you think they don't give much information to you now that you're being you?"

You swallowed the lump in your throat, avoiding his gaze, "Because I'm different now..."

He smirked, "But there's a way where you can start over."

You looked back at him, the silence telling him to continue, "The villain way."

Your eyes widened in fear. Villain? Is that what he's trying to mold you into? A villain?

You pushed him away as your forehead creased in shock. "A villain?!" He smiled smugly, "Being good is not always the good way. But sadly, that's what the world refuse to believe. They don't comprehend the benefits there are from being bad. Being a hero didn't turn out right to you, wasting your opportunity to be a crime maker was worth to grieve."

He slowly made steps forward, his lips spitting out either fiction or facts, "In your case, you're stuck in between. Can't you see, princess? You weren't born to be a hero but you're allowed to be good. Or you won't chose being a villain, that's fine, unless you become bad."

"What exactly is your point?" You spat, annoyed at the smirking man. "It's good to be bad. It's bad to be a hero who is good, and it's good to be nothing who is bad. You don't need to choose what you want to be. You just have to choose between good or bad." He answered.

Okay that's a lot more confusing. "You don't want me to be a hero and become someone I want to be but... bad?"

His smirk grew wider, "You're getting there."

Realization hits you as you began pushing him away, "That means you want me to be a villain, dumbfuck!"

His smile faltered, "You were getting there. You chose the wrong words, princess."

"What do you really want from me?!"

He smirked once again, "Everything. Can't you see? You're having doubts on what you want to be, you're not even sure if being a hero was right for you. You're being forced by your old self, Y/N. She wants you to be someone you don't want to be now."

"The question is, what do you really want to be?" He added. You were attacked by his words mentally. Looked like he saw right through you. Yes, you were having doubts. You weren't even surprised when all he said was true.

What do you really want, Y/N?
