The next morning i went for a run. when i got home i saw Hannah. I tried talking to her but she just ignored me. I went upstairs to get a shower, i threw on my Army T-shirt, & my leggings. I called Monty & asked what he was doing. We still had an hour before school started. He came to get me & we went to Monet's. We grabbed some coffe & sat down. He noticed i was being quiet, he reached over & grabbed my hand. "Are you okay princess?" I blushed & looked up at him. " yeah im okay. Just i got into a fight with Hannah last night about me being with you. Shes mad because youre friends with Bryce." I watched his face go cold. He looked at me with sad eyes. "Just stay away from him J, don't be alone around him. Especially when hes drunk." I looked up & he half smiled. I grabbed his hand & looked into his eyes. "You have nothing to worry about. I promise." He smiled & kissed my forehead. He drove us to school & everyone stared as we walked in. I kept my head down on the way to my locker. Hannah came up to me & hugged me. "Look J, im sorry about last night. I don't like Bryce thats all." I looked at her. "Bug you need to tell me what happened so i know." She quickly looked at me with scared eyes. "Not here. Maybe later." She walked away before i could answer. I saw Bryce staring at me. I looked down & headed to first. There was a new girl in there. She was gorgeous, about my height maybe. I walked up to her. "Hi im jazzy, welcome to Liberty." I held my hand out. She looked up "Hi im Jessica," she smiled & shook my hand. She sat next to me. We talked all through first pretty much. During lunch i made a stop at my locker. I felt someone wrap there arms around me & kiss my temple. "Hi princess" he teased. Of course it was Monty. I turned around & threw my arms around his neck. I pecked his lips. "Hey babe" I smiled & turned back around. "come sit with me & the boys at lunch" He said. I looked at him confused, "what youre my girlfriend. Come sit with us" He smiled. "Okay give me a second" i laughed. We walked to lunch & sat down together. Hannah never told me why i should avoid Bryce. Neither did Monty.
