Some hints/facts of the book:

Male character's name (protagonist's husband): Victor
Plot: The female protagonist is married off to Victor by her mother who kind of made a negotiation with victor's father (a doctor by profession) as the mother doesn't like her & sees her as a burden, but she is loved by her sister, maternal grandparents & father(who she later comes to know is not her biological father).
In her in-laws home, she is loved by her mother & father in laws, victor's grandpa, victor's aunt grandma. But there are tensions with the brother in law who is also in a conflict with victor.
Initially, there was no love btw the protagonist & victor who acted cold towards her, but after they start to communicate love also starts to bloom. She comes to know that victor paints & at one point he also saves her from a guy who tries to molest her.
Meanwhile the protagonist tries to find the reason behind victor's cold personality & why everyone seems to maintain a distance from him. She comes to know that he has been falsely alleged in setting fire to his great uncle's house in a drunk state, but the actual culprit was not him rather it was that guy who once tried to molest her.
In between all this, the protagonist also once leaves victor, settles with a family & works in their flower shop. Victor comes to know about her location from his father & goes to bring her back.
