Roa'a T Eid

I'm a prisoner in my own body and it is bleeding me dry of all the words that ever existed in my soul.

Every time I put a story on wattpad, I end up taking it down a couple of chapters in because no one is reading it. I'm hoping I don't do that this time. So now the first book I've ever completed is on here, and I hope people like it. 

I'll also put my poems here, just because I want someone, anyone, to read the thoughts that course through the deep recesses of my mind. 

I've been writing since I was 12 years old. I used to describe myself as an 'aspiring writer', but then a famous writer (I honestly can't remember who, sorry) said never to describe yourself as that. If you write, whether or not it's published, you're a writer. I'm hoping to live by that now. 

Do I want to be published one day? Of course. Do I think It's possible? Probably not. I'm a pretty pessimistic person, but hey maybe my writing isn't bad. Or it sucks, and I'm about to humiliate myself on the internet. Oh well. 

Do you still want to know more about me? Fine, I guess. I'm from Egypt. I'm a university student studying English Literature. I love dragons more than you can even imagine. And I'm fascinated by the fact that words on paper can make so many different people feel so many different things.
