Never could meditate. Every time I tried to keep my mind empty a new story was shaping. When I was a child a lot of scary things were going around and that was a safe place I found at the time inside my mind in my stories where I could decide how it would unfold. I am shearing those stories here and maybe you also would find some comfort in it.
