Oscar Luis Rigiroli was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He served as a chemical engineer until 2005 when he started his literary career. He writes in Spanish and translates his books into English, and his areas of interest are economy and narrative. So far he has published seven books in either language, six novels and an essay on political economy. His works are available in printed editions and as e-books.
His writes suspense, romance and erotica novels and books belonging to the noir genre.  His novels frequently take place in exotic environments and in different time frames. 
The construction of his plots and characters is invariably preceded by a thorough investigation on historical moments and facts.

Oscar Luis Rigiroli nació en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ejerció su profesión como ingeniero químico hasta 2005. Durante este período escribió numerosos artículos sobre economía en medios gráficos de su ciudad.
Comenzó su carrera literaria en fecha relativamente reciente, escribe en castellano y traduce sus obras al idioma inglés. Sus áreas de interés son la economía real y la narrativa. Entre sus obras de ficción se encuentran libros de suspense, novelas románticas y eróticas, y las del género noir. Hasta el momento ha publicado siete obras en cada idioma, que incluyen seis novelas y un ensayo sobre economía política.. Sus libros están disponibles en ediciones impresas y como libros digitales. Sus novelas transcurren frecuentemente en ambientes exóticos y en diversos marcos temporales. La construcción de las tramas de sus libros y sus  personajes está invariablemente precedida por extensas investigaciones.
