While I'm not new to writing I am new to publishing works online.  I am a person who loves to read and loves to entertain others with stories.  I read all kinds of different genres although the one I really don't is straight up mushy romance novels.  I tend to like when the couple doesn't get along at first, or when conflicts arise, when funny circumstances keep happening.  
My favorite characters to create are the quirky kind.  I like to think it makes them more relatable to readers no matter what genre the book is in.  It makes them more human in a way.  No matter what genre I write, my biggest goal is making my characters ones that people feel for even if it's a character that is one you love to hate.  I want my stories to inspire others to write as some of my favorite authors have done for me over the years.  
My biggest fan and supporter growing up was always my grandmother.  She read the first story I wrote when I was nine years old and couldn't stop telling me the parts that resonated with her.  From then on she always encouraged me to write more and found contests for me to enter.  My biggest regret was not listening to her words of encouragement sooner.  She passed away four years ago and I couldn't shake the feeling that I let her down.  In a way doing this now is my way of fulfilling what she always knew I was capable of.
I want to be able to write in every genre that has ever appealed to me.  The one thing I will not write is smut scenes or books so please don't ask for them.  I am a mother of two and every time I have thought about doing a love scene I can't help but think of how that would embarrass them.  It brings to mind an image of Chandler from friends whenever his parents are brought up.  I DON'T want to be that parent.
I am trying to update as much as possible.  Right now that is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
