With white hair, frost-touched skin, and rabbit ears that mark his mutation for all to see, he moves through the cracks of the city like a ghost. Neither hero nor villain. Just a name whispered by civilians in need... and screamed by the monsters who face him. They call him Frost Rabbit. They curse him as Cryo-Blizzard. Haunted by his past, burdened by the cold he can't turn off, Izuku walks a lonely path as a vigilante-saving the forgotten, punishing the wicked, and hiding the hurt that never leaves.
