Lacey Sander's lived her entire life being beaten an abused mentally and physically by her her father, after her mother left and never returned. In result to being called names constantly by her father, she started to believe him. Selfharm was the only way she felt in control.

Xavier Black was ruthless. He didn't care what anyone thought of him, never did. He kept his job as an Alpha strict, being protective of his pack at all times. It was almost like he didn't have emotions.

When Lacey meets Xavier on the streets after running away from home, Xavier "claims" her as his. Will Xavier be able to mend her broken heart, or will Lacey never heal from the traumatic events she suffered?
