On a voyage to France, the Royal Russian Fleet encounters a vicious storm that throws Princess Karina Lermontov into a world of desolation, heartache, and confusion. With so much luggage to bear as well as a suddenly-sprung-up rebellion back in her kingdom and country, fate and fortune washes her upon the shores of England, an ally kingdom. Although, the more time she spends surrounded by false faced courteriers and suspicious spying servants, she begins to wonder if perhaps it wasn't the hands of fate that cause her so much pain but rather the hands of a mortal. --- Warning: There is absolutely no historical accuracy in this. The names of the countries and the fact that they existed in the time setting of this novel is about as historically accurate as it gets. Also, if you're looking for a well-written novel with dynamic characters and well-thought plots, I apologize but this isn't it.
