Judy Mitchell has a gift. Something she didn't accept until the car accident that killed her older sister Nancy. After Judy sees her sister's ghost, she understands that she really can see the dead and that she needs to accept and understand her gift. Grayson Manor, sitting alone in the middle of Leominster State Forest. The Victorian Style Mansion has been unoccupied since the late 1960s. Having been the center of many gruesome deaths, mostly homicides, nobody has wanted to live in it. The town of Leominster owns it, having bordered it up, limiting people from gaining access into the old building. Teenagers every year find a way inside though, telling the tales of what's happened inside its walls. Judy is left with solving a 37-year-old cold case, using her gift and a young detective on the Leominster Police Department. Will they be able to solve it? Or will they unleash something sinister in the process?
